What is the self-funding model and how does it work?
Our self-funding model ensures that transformation is financially sustainable. During the VEKTOR phase, we identify efficiency savings, revenue enhancements, and cost recoveries that offset the investment in transformation. These savings create a built-in funding mechanism, meaning if clients proceed with future transformation programs, we are able to offer savings which far exceed the cost of our products and delivering value before the full project cost is realised.
